The International Journal of Rheumatic Diseases (formerly APLAR Journal of Rheumatology) is the official journal of the Asia Pacific League of Associations for Rheumatology. The Journal accepts original articles on clinical or experimental research pertinent to the rheumatic diseases, work on connective tissue diseases and other immune and allergic disorders. The acceptance criteria for all papers are the quality and originality of the research and its significance to our readership. Except where otherwise stated, manuscripts are peer reviewed by two anonymous reviewers and the Editor.
《国际风湿病杂志》（原APLAR风湿病杂志）是亚太风湿病协会的官方杂志。该杂志接受有关风湿性疾病的临床或实验研究、结缔组织疾病和其他免疫和过敏性疾病的原著。所有论文的接受标准是研究的质量和独创性及其对读者的意义。除另有规定外，手稿由两名匿名审稿人和编辑同行审稿。

投稿后，审稿五个月状态变成awaiting EIC decision，昨天拒稿，理由是文章理由不符合杂志要求，不予送审，immediate reject。快半年了，还叫立刻，耽误我半年时间。
